Street Tracks Built

Alan Wilson’s first street course was built in 1985 for the Columbus Ford Dealers 500 IMSA GTP race weekend. The success of this track led to his being asked to design the track used for the 1990/1 Denver Cart IndyCar World Series events. During the same period he designed street courses in Dallas used for SCCA Trans-AM events, at Fair Park, Addison Airport and at the Reunion Arena. His final two street courses, also for the SCCA, were built in Minneapolis and Grand Rapids. In total his street courses were used for 17 events, at all of which Alan was either the CEO of the event or worked under contract as their Operations Manager.
